SMS Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to The Wonder Schoolhouse text-message program. By affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive the categories of texts described at signup, at the number you provide. The program is intended for adults who are the subscriber or authorized user of that number.
Program and consent
Service texts may include responses to your inquiries, requested tour confirmations and reminders, enrollment updates, and account or school notices. With separate marketing consent, texts may include enrollment offers, events, and promotions. Messages may be recurring and sent using automated technology. Frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences. Consent to marketing texts is not required to enroll or purchase services.
Rates and delivery
Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on texting for emergencies or urgent pickup changes; contact the school directly.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to end TWS automated texts to that number. We also honor clear requests made through other reasonable methods, including email or phone. You may receive one non-promotional confirmation. Marketing opt-outs apply to TWS marketing calls and texts to that number. We process requests promptly and within applicable legal deadlines. We can arrange another method for necessary school communications.
Reply HELP, email info@thewonderschoolhouse.com, or call 801-513-3231 for assistance. Let us know if you change or give up your number. If you wish to subscribe again after opting out, contact us or complete a new opt-in. Consent is required again before messages resume.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and consent records. We do not sell or share your mobile information or opt-in consent for another party’s marketing. We may change or end the program and will provide legally required notices. Changes do not create consent to new marketing purposes. These terms do not change tuition agreements or waive rights under applicable law.
